Theoretical Approach & Philosophies of Counseling:

My approach to counseling is to look at you and the world around you very holistically. I think it is important to consider all parts of you and your life when working together to best understand how I can be the most helpful to you during your counseling experience, and to be sure that we work together in ways that allow a safe and comfortable counseling environment as well as using this holistic approach to assure that we are working  together in a way that it tailored to you and your needs in order to nurture positive change and growth. It is important to me that we walk alongside each other during your time in counseling and I am there to provide support in ways that work best specifically for you and your needs.

About Me:

In my free time outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, writing, and spending time with my partner and our four animals. We have two dogs (Penelope and Zoey) that we enjoy taking on walks at the park near our home and two cats (Oliver and Fluffy) that love to cuddle up while we enjoy watching a movie.
