I focus on creating a non-judgmental and supportive space where we can explore emotions, core beliefs and process difficult and nuanced situations. About Me:

In my free time I am typically reading, thrifting, trying out a new recipe or spending time with friends. I try my best to keep up with my favorite sports teams (go Pacers!). I love being the person who knows what activities are going on locally and convincing friends to tag along. Music is big part of my day-to-day life. I really enjoy curating a good playlist, going to live shows and occasionally writing some of my own stuff.
