Theoretical Approach & Philosophies of Counseling:
My belief as a counselor is that mental health is an essential part of wellbeing, just as much as physical health. Emotional and psychological well-being are foundational to navigating life’s challenges, and I am deeply passionate about helping clients work toward balance and healing. Utilizing a person-centered and integrative approach, I view each client holistically—as a unique individual with their own story, strengths, and needs. I believe that clients are the expert in their life, and my role as a counselor is to walk alongside them on their journey. Creating a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected is at the heart of my practice. By integrating evidence-based practices and collaborating closely with my clients, I tailor each counseling experience to fit each client’s personal goals. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll feel more empowered and motivated to take on life’s challenges in a way that is meaningful to you.
