Theoretical Approach & Philosophies of Counseling:

I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and change when given the right skills, support, and resources. It takes strength to acknowledge when a change is needed in your life, and my goal is to support you while you work towards a more fulfilling future. I aim to create a trusting, nonjudgemental environment where you can share your whole self. In sessions, I typically utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, but regularly check-in with clients to see what is working best for them.

About Me:

Outside of work, you can typically find me enjoying a good book, indie film, jigsaw puzzle, or video game. I love working with my partner in our garden, taking our dogs Ollie and Acorn out for a hike, or frequenting local bakeries.
