Theoretical Approach & Philosophies of Therapy:

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Whether you’re dealing with the effects of past trauma, navigating identity, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, I’m here to walk with you through it with care and authenticity.

I specialize in trauma-informed care that’s grounded in compassion, safety, and trust. My approach blends DBT, somatic practices, and attachment-based theory, helping you process what’s happened without having to relive every detail. We’ll go at your pace, and your voice will always lead the way.

I work a lot with adolescents figuring out who they are in a world that can feel pretty confusing—and sometimes harsh. I also support LGBTQ+ clients navigating coming out, gender identity, family dynamics, and the unique challenges that can come with living authentically. My space is affirming, inclusive, and built around honoring who you are.

Specialty Areas & Client Focus:

  • Adolescents/Teens

  • Women’s Issues

  • LGBTQ+

  • Parenting

  • Anxiety and Depression

About Me:

I am a self-proclaimed bibliophile and have a tendency to hoard books at an alarming rate. I do not feel ready for the day without a cup of hot coffee and then will have an additional 2-3 emotional support cups throughout the day. I enjoy taking care of my houseplants and watching movies with my family. I love an overcast rainy day and you will never hear me complain about the cold weather - but I struggle to tolerate the heat and sun! I love spending time with my Berniedoodle, Samwise Gamgee, and our cat, Rosie.
