Theoretical Approach & Philosophies of Counseling:

I aspire to take an integrative, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to supporting clients. I believe that our early life experiences and families of origin shape how we view ourselves and the world, we can reprocess difficult life experiences to improve our present-day functioning, and our body and nervous system play an integral role in mental health and wellness. My goal is to meet clients where they are, prioritize relational safety and connection, and collaborate throughout the counseling process to empower clients to reach their own goals and desired outcomes. I am in the final stage of my graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am eager to support clients by applying the knowledge I have gained in my training and drawing upon my diverse experience in human services with children, adolescents, and adults.

About Me:

Outside of the counseling space, I enjoy outdoor adventure and play with my partner and two dogs, Meeka and Cosmo. Some of my favorite activities include rock climbing (preferably outdoors), paddleboarding the Cuyahoga River, playing pickleball, and backpacking. When I’m not able to get outside, I enjoy reading, learning Indonesian, practicing yoga and meditation, and lifting weights.
